The self-service kitchen was a convenient extra touch.
The check-in process was confusing and time-consuming. I had to walk back and forth between locations just to collect the keys, which was frustrating after a long day. Additionally, the shower hose and a bedside lamp were broken when I arrived, which made the room less comfortable than expected.
